Please find below our terms and conditions of trade with House of Cards

House of Cards attempts to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions but on occasion we do make errors that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you may have submitted your order). If this is the case you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to purchase not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.

 

Every effort has been made to represent our products accurately. Please note some variations in colour or shape may occur due to your operating systems but we do our best to show the exact product wherever possible.  We cannot accept responsibility for these variations in the appearance or colour. All sizes are approximate provided by our suppliers.

 

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.  The prices advertised on this site include VAT. All prices are in GBP. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment server and Paypal. No credit card details are stored on our database.

 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you have 7 days from the receipt of ordered goods to cancel the order.  If you wish to do so, you must return the goods in their original condition at your own expense to House of Cards, 61 High Street, Battle, East Sussex, TN33 0AG. Please enclose details of your order with the goods, together with your reason for returning.  Please ensure that the goods are properly packaged in their original packaging: you have a statutory duty under the DSR to take reasonable care of the goods, and we may refuse a refund if you fail to do so.

House of Cards is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.  Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery, and we recommend returning high-value items using a registered post service. A refund of the amount paid for the goods and the p&p will be made to your credit/debit card following receipt of the returned goods. Please note that we will not refund the cost of returning goods unless those goods are faulty. We aim to process refunds within 5 working days.

 

If your goods arrive in a damaged or faulty condition you must inform us of the damage within two days of delivery by telephone or 

e-mail to info@battlehouseofcards.co.uk. We will then advise what to do next.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Due to the interests of hygiene some items such as earrings cannot be returned unless they are damaged by delivery or faulty.  If you have any specific concerns/questions relating to these items, please contact us before you make your purchase.

 

Delivery times are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday). If you order after 3 pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow one extra working day for us to process your order. 

At present House of Cards only sends goods within the UK mainland.

We use the information collected from you to process orders, enable us to communicate with you. We do not share your personal information to others.

 

House of Cards provides their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit our shop at www.battlehouseofcards.co.uk you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully, House of Cards controls and operates this site from its offices within the UK. The laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to and including the use of, this site and materials contained within it.

If you choose to access from another country you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local lands. 

 

All rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademarks and any other intellectual property right) relating to the information presented on this website (including but not confined to text, logos, illustrations and photographs) are the property of House of Cards or are included with the permission of the relevant owner. The material on this website may not be reproduced, published, distributed or otherwise made public without express prior written permission from House of Cards or the proper permission of the right-holder. 

 

We use Stripe payment gateway to process your card or Paypal. Our payment company uses secure server transactions. Our payment company also encrypts stored transaction information, ensuring that it's not tampered with. Our payment company captures your credit card information and will always ensure that this information is processed within strict levels of security. We do not see any credit/debit card information at any time. Credit/debit card information is not kept on file by us or our credit card payment company.
